Our members are all dedicated volunteers, who work hard outside of their normal lives throughout the year to organise the Bindoon Show and Rodeo.

If you don’t quite have the time to work with us during the year, we still really need all kinds of volunteers to help during our busy, but fun day. If you can volunteer on Show day, even for a few hours, we would love to have you.

We also need volunteers to help in the week leading up to the Show to help our Groundsman prepare and set up. We need and appreciate all helpers, and can probably find something to suit your capabilities. We have all sorts of tasks including cleaning, selling tickets, selling show bags and manning the entry gates.

Our committee members have all sorts of busy jobs that may also need a helping hand.

The Ag Society Committee would like to recognise the contribution of all the volunteers. Without their hard work, enthusiasm and many skills this event would be impossible to run.
